Fall Product Sale
Girls go Nuts for Nuts!
Our council’s Fall Product Sale begins in September and runs through November. Fall products include nut and candy items, and magazine subscriptions. Fall product sales is a good way to get funds for your troop early in the Girl Scout year. Visit the GSCCC Fall Product Program Central for information and resources for our nut sale.
Timeline for 2024 Fall Sale:
· September 1 – Initial Upload – Troops and Girls
· September 13 – Volunteer Access
· September 20 – Fall Program Sales start
· October 15 – Paper Order Entry End – Girls/Families – lockout at 8:59pm
· October 16 – Paper Order Entry End – Troops – Last day for troops to add extra products – lockout at 8:59pm
· October 17 – Paper Order Entry End – All – Lockout at 8:59pm
· October 17 – Online End Date (Girl delivery)
· October 18 – Start of Online Only sales
· October 31, Nov 1, 2 – Deliveries to SU and Cupboards
· November 17 – ACH #1 – 50% due to council
· November 16 – Last day to opt out of rewards
· November 24 – Last day of Fall Product Sales
· November 24 – Last day to make rewards choices and assign any extra produt to troops and girls
· December 1 – Final ACH
The service unit does not arrange booths for fall product sales.
In order to participate, your troop Fall Product Coordinator must complete their Troop Product Program Coordinator form. Troops cannot order product or access the system without a Troop Coordinator.

Please note, troops must participate in all GSCCC product sales (fall product and cookies) if they want to be able to do any other money earning activities. As well, troops should not hold any money earning activities during the product sales period. Please see the Money Management page for more information!
