Leader Information
SU Leader Meetings
Leader meetings for 2025-2026 are held on the fourth Thursday of each month from September through May, from 7:00-8:00pm, with a few exceptions due to holidays. Please see our Calendar for meeting dates. Meetings are located at the CLU Gilbert Sports & Fitness Center. (Enter at the location shown.)
Banking Resources
All troops must have a troop bank account with Wells Fargo or US Bank (formerly Union Bank). This account is set up as a non-profit business account under the GSCCC umbrella. It should not be set up as a personal account. A Service Unit Treasurer MUST be a signer on all troop accounts.
To set up a new troop account, send an email to our SU Treasurers at SU660treasurer@gmail.com with the following information:
- Bank name (Wells Fargo or US Bank)
- Troop number
- Name, address, phone number, and email address of all signers (must include at least 2 unrelated, registered & background checked adults)
For any changes to an existing account (i.e. adding or removing signers), send an email with the above information, as well as the account number.
For more information related to troop funds and other money matters, visit Troop Finances.
Please send any questions related to troop banking and finances to our SU Treasurers at SU660treasurer@gmail.com.
Insurance
All registered members are automatically covered with basic activity insurance. Sometimes, however, additional insurance is needed. Please contact GSCCC Customer Care at info@girlscoutsccc.org for information on additional insurance, and to obtain a COI as needed for your activities.
Please note, any agreements for the use of non-council facilities must be sent to GSCCC at info@girlscoutsccc.org for signature. Girl Scout volunteers may not sign such agreements on behalf of Girl Scouts.
Get a Service Unit T-Shirt!
Congratulations to Lauren in Troop 63043 for the winning artwork to represent our Service Unit! We now have patches and shirts in stock with the new artwork.
How can you get a shirt/patch?

Distribution Box
The distribution box will be at each monthly Leader meeting. This is the best time to pick up any items.
Between meetings, the box will be available at Amanda Hubbard’s house:
1428 Suffolk Ave, Thousand Oaks
from 4-6pm Monday-Friday or by appointment 805-231-4752
This is where you can PICK UP Bank statements, patches from events, DROP OFF check requests, etc. This is not typically for Product Sale incentives (unless your troop earned patches only).
Is your troop accepting Girls?
Each year there are dozens of girls looking to join a troop. If your troop is open to accepting girls, please indicate so here: GSCCC Troop Information and Opportunity Form
